Alberto Vilches is Funding Partner at Bluerise. He works for organizations in leveraging sustainability value-creation opportunities and generating business growth. In the past, he has directly managed the sustainability strategy of real asset portfolios worth over €1.5 billion across Europe, and has helped leading private organizations, institutional investors, and public goverments, such as Acciona, Azora, BBVA, Colonial, Castellana Properties, Invest Industrial, Kingspan, Neinver, Neolith, Nuveen, Takeda and the Spanish Ministry of Economics. Alberto holds a degree in Architecture and an executive program in Real Estate and Technology at IE Business School.

Industrial Engineer and MBA from IE Business School, David Lázaro leads Bluerise with a mission to transform the built environment towards a more sustainable, healthier, and profitable future. With over 20 years of international experience in real estate sustainability, he combines technical rigor, strategic vision, and a pragmatic approach to turn ESG challenges into opportunities for competitive growth.
